You have 2 places to do if you encounter this network issue.
2. Your Device
If all devices are no internet access, then there is a chance that your router or modem has a problem.
But if the internet is normal to the other devices and only one device is no internet, the chance there is an issue with the LAN adaptor, Wifi adaptor or LAN configuration.

Internet Connected But No Internet Access?
Step 1. Restart the Router/Modem.
This method is to refresh or clear the logs on the memory of your router/modem. maybe most of you already done this, but if not done yet then you should do it.
You can restart the router and modem by a turn-off and wait for 20-30 seconds then turn-on again and wait until the light of router/modem completely back to the normal.
Why do you need to restart the Router/Modem?
Some reason why you have no internet access but still connected is some device is downloading big files or uploading a big file to the internet. and it causes a slow internet and no internet sometimes. to solve this problem after downloading or uploading big files on the internet you need to restart the modem to ensure that it will refresh or clear the logs in your router/modem.
Step 2. Checking Router/Modem lights.
By checking the lights of your Router/Modem, you can determine the problem. check the modem lights of ADSL, Internet, WAN port and WiFi lights are on.
No ADSL Light – ADSL light is not blinking or no light and you already restart then try to check the ADSL cable and press tight.
No WAN Light – If there is no light in your WAN Modem, try your cable to other PC or laptop, maybe the internet cable problem and replace it with a new one.
No WiFi Light – Some of the router or modem have the switcher of Wifi to switch on and off.
No Internet Light – Internet light in your modem is no light or red light? in this case, contact your ISP customer service and confirm what’s wrong with the internet.
Step 3. LAN Network Troubleshooter
Then, if the ISP internet is normal on the other devices, we will move to the LAN network troubleshooting. Using your laptop or computer that has the issue of no internet in the Windows.
Let’s move to your windows, the network Troubleshooter sometimes can fix your network problems. Now, in the taskbar “Right click on the network icon then select Troubleshoot problems“. It will automatically find your network problems and fix them.
Step 4. Clear Browsing Cache
The reason why you need to delete the browser cache is clean or free up space on your hard disk. if you’re experiencing an issue like 404 errors and 502 or 503 errors, etc. some of the time it will show on your browser’s cache is corrupted.
Cleaning the cache of your browser is to force to retrieve the newest copy website data available on the internet.
To go to the Clear browser data, you can use the hotkey “Ctrl+Shitf+Delete” this hotkey can work on Mozilla, Chrome, and also in IE Browser. From the Clear Browser Data, you can check anything you want to remove as well. then click CLEAR DATA button.
